PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our Property Management service has been conceived to assure our customers with the highest level of efficiency and reliability that, during their absence, their property would remain in excellent conditions until their return, through a high quality personal attention.

For this we perform periodic monitoring of your property and notify any general maintenance or cleaning service it may require, as well as follow up closely on the payments of: HOA fees, electricity, water, telephone, gas, cable or satellite TV, property tax, etc.

The above is to avoid any interruption in these services and the hassles of reconnection processes and late charges from these, not to mention the inconveniences upon your arrival.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT

We offer the Rent Management service of houses and apartments, providing our customers all of our expertise in: rent collections, supervision of service payments on behalf of the leaser and reporting the conditions the property is kept in.

  • We punctually collect the rent and, if required, the HOA fees of the property.
  • We verify that the tenant has paid the electric, water, telephone, gas and other bills.
  • We deposit the rent collected in a bank account designated by the customer.
  • We present monthly reports about the payments done by the tenant.
  • We verify the due date of the lease contract, as well as the collateral and, if necessary, we follow up on their renewal.
  • We provide accounting and tax advisory, as well as the service of agency.
